She has been our family pet and guardian for years but sadly due to an injury and big changes we are looking for a new home for her. She is a super big sweetheart and is very obedient and super on the leash. We are not sure how she was injured but the vet says with surgery (which is not recommended due to her being almost 8 yrs and over 80 lbs) they recommend anti-inflamitories and joint supplement to help her heal or provide long term relief. She is a big love bug and very loyal. She is a great baby sitter and needs to go to a home with kids. She is papered and has OFA certification so you don’t have to worry about her having hip displaysia. She does not come with papers but I am happy to show them to you. She would be valued very highly if she had not been injured. We paid $2000 for her which included her flight to us at age 4. If you have a very young family on acreage/homestead and you don’t mind caring for her you will have a quality Pyrenees for only the cost of her herbs (turmeric and joint supplements possibly long term). Vet says she will likely have arthritis in her back knee due to injury. Do not contact me unless you have a homestead or good sized acreage where she can follow your young kids around and babysit them. She is totally chicken safe too! If we were still on property we would be keeping her but she thrives on little kids and mine are grown. She is a big calm teddy bear. I will be super picky about her new home and visits would be done to insure her happiness and health. Besides the rear knee injury she is on good health. We are getting a brace to help support her knee. She is able to walk and is less stiff after being up and about. She has had vacs and deworming. 2 pics are from a year ago.
