It's more than just a workout, it's an educational and emotional experience... Join the ABMF Team at Apex Fitness in Idaho Falls for the inaugural Memorial Day Butler WOD. The opening ceremony will begin at 1pm, with waves of workouts starting every 30 minutes. In the meantime, participants and supporters will enjoy food, beer, music, and guest speakers. $10 participant fee includes food, two beers (21+), and access to the amazing gym facility. Family and friends are welcome to attend the incredible indoor/outdoor venue. We honor our Nation's fallen, we honor them by living. This is more than a typical WOD, it's an emotional and educational event! If you haven't attended an ABMF event yet, you're in for a treat!
