Southbound Beer Dinner Join us for a night of great food & exceptional craft beer with Southbound Brewery. We are excited to pair with Southbound for our first of many beer pairing dinners! Chef Craig Kuhns has created a fabulous 4 course menu designed to compliment each beer. Located just outside the historic district in Savannah, Southbound offers a variety of fresh, crushable and approachable beers focusing heavily on IPA’s and sours. As many of Southbound's can art was inspired by songs from the great Janis Joplin, The Allman Brothers & The Doors, our playlist will surely not disappoint. 1st - Pickled Shrimp Salad with shaved veggies, bib lettuce, with a mustard vinaigrette | Mountain Jam 2nd - Scalloped mousse with citrus cream, fregola and picked herbs | Scattered Sun 3rd - Spiced Roast Pork with parsnip potato puree & aged balsamic| Hop'lin IPA 4th - Citrus Olive Oil Cake | Scattered Sun Please notify us at sign up if you have any allergies. We will be taking all precautions in regards to COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, the chef and staff are required to wear masks. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen and it is large enough to allow for appropriate social distancing.
