I’m looking for a mature, responsible female roommate with good credit to share the rent and all the utility bills, etc. My ideal roommate will have been -employed at least a year at the same job, -making at least $500 a week, -be able to pay bills on time, -have no children still living with you, -no pets, -no drama from boyfriends or ex’s, -be clean and tidy, -know how to clean up after yourself, -no partiers, no smokers of any type, no druggies, no drinkers (a couple occasional drinks are ok within reason) -have your own vehicle or alternative way to get around.. example= bus, uber, taxi, family or friend. Must be able to pass a background check. I really prefer a Christian who believes the same way. I dont care how old you are as long as you are all of the above. I am in the process of looking at places for rent and would like to find the right roommate that would be suitable with my lifestyle and mesh well. It’d be nice if we became friends too.😊 But if you like to keep to yourself, I’m fine with that. I live a busy full life and when I’m home, I love my quiet down time doing whatever I want alone and unwinding.
