Find your inner peace and your inner artist for our weekly paint & meditate session.
Together we will paint our stress away through creating and calming the constant babbling in our minds. Do not feel worried about artistic ability for this event. No artistic skills are required. We encourage an emphasis on freedom of self expression in any way you choose. For this event expect guided meditations, breathwork, calming music, acrylic painting & more!
Together we will meditate for 30 minutes, then quietly paint afterwards. This meditation session is suitable for beginners because it is not too long nor is it too short. If you need a break from meditating you can quietly paint on the canvas in front of you!
You do not need to bring any materials. We suggest wearing something comfortable. Next door is Blend Tea & Crepe, it's a great place to grab some tea or a nie snack before/after the meditation session.
We have free yoga mats for anyone that needs one. This meditation session is only open to 5 guests for physical distancing purposes.
