Upon successful Course meets state requirements for Food Manager Certification in Wisconsin and Minnesota utilizing the ServSafe curriculum. Upon successful completion, the student must apply to the state for certification. Textbook required at additional cost. PHOTO ID REQUIRED. Class meets on 5/4 & 5/6.  Test will be held on 5/11.
