Our Short-Term Rental(STR) cleaning service is looking for candidates with a track record of service-oriented thinking and a customer-based mindset. Our company serves a wide variety of Atlanta neighborhoods and offers our clients several packages and extensive services. The ideal applicants will be offered a full-time position at a competitive wage for the industry along with benefits. Advancement is possible to a supervisory position if you perform well. Responsibilities and Duties Provide basic housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning toilets, showers, tubs, windows, countertops, etc. Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface. Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom. Making beds and fluffing pillows. Scrubbing and sanitizing all relevant surfaces. Conducting laundry services (upon request) Work as part of a team for larger homes Respond to customer complaints or inquiries immediately and report any problems to the supervisor Notify homeowner of any accidents or problems while rendering service Requirements 2 + years of house cleaning experience preferred. Sound knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning techniques. The ability to follow instructions. The ability to stand for long periods of time. The ability to adapt to changing schedules. Excellent customer service skills. Punctual and reliable. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
