Description
If you're looking at this, you probably are a person who wants to volunteer for something, right? OK, how is that going for you?
I want to meet nice people and make online friends. I want to be useful. I thought I might find both of these things by offering to help people. So far, this has not led me to find people who are truthful or kind. I hope I have expressed my problem without being negative. I love people, including the people I've met this way. I'm sure you understand, though, that once your batteries are drained, you realize there is a difference between people who are thankful rather than entitled. A person has only so much to offer people who know exactly how you can help them, but don't have any room in their lives for your legitimate needs.
I hate to qualify who I want to offer help to, but it's getting to the point that I don't see another way.
What do you fellow volunteer-type people think?
Is it right to say, for instance;
"I have chicken eggs to offer for free, if anyone -in need- is willing to come get them."
"I would enjoy helping someone create content for their -wholesome- online vlogs or videos by giving honest feedback in private and whatever positive feedback I can honestly give in public comments."
"If you need something -safe for work- transcribed or subtitled into English or Spanish, -but you can't afford it- I would like to help you."
Let me know what you think about the way I have these worded. I'm open to any suggestions you have.
PS: Matthew 10:16
Tengo huevos de gallina para ofrecer gratis, si alguien que los necesita está dispuesto a venir a buscarlos.
May love light your path.
