Awesome Event Staff Needed Saturday April 24 (Santa Cruz & Big Sur) & Sunday April 25 (Aptos) Thursday April 29 & Friday April 30 (Carmel) Saturday May 1 (Santa Cruz & Big Sur) Saturday May 8 (Carmel) We are looking for experienced catering professionals to join our team for the 2021 season and beyond. But even more important than experience, is enthusiasm ! We are an extremely hard working group of individuals. No job is too big or small, and we will do whatever it takes to make things happen for our clients, and our team! For real though - the word ‘no’ is not in our vocabulary. If you are the kind of person who goes above and beyond, this is the team for you. Does getting the job done STOKE you? Us too! We specialize in taking the best of our local, seasonal products, and turning them into delicious and gorgeous meals for a whole variety of clients. We cater for private parties, wedding receptions, unique corporate events, intimate elopements, casual beach lunches, family dinners, racetrack events, and pretty much any other event you can imagine. Quality catering is about so much more than just the food ! It is about the gorgeous décor, the natural flow of events for the guests, finding the exact right shade of sparkly rose gold linens, the perfect garnish for a specialty cocktail, the pop of champagne for your first toasts… Creating beautiful, unique events is at the heart and soul of what we do, and we want our team to reflect this in every way. Most of our events take place in the Santa Cruz or Monterey counties, think Ben Lomond to Big Sur area. However, we always welcome challenging events out of town and occasionally have the opportunity to bring our team with us on the road. Now - some work days are short and sweet, and some are long and intense – so any complaining, whining or knuckle dragging will not fly here. We want awesome, creative, positive and fun loving individuals on board ! We are currently searching for: Banquet captain / team leaders Banquet servers Prep & event cooks TIPS Certified Bartenders Note: CA Food Handler’s Card or Serve Safe Management required for ALL staff, if you do not have a current one we will pay for you to take the course! Must have own transportation or way of getting to and from events. We do try to carpool whenever possible but it is not always an option depending on the event ! Compensation based on standard CA mileage rate Staff are required to provide their own uniforms for now – all black pants, shoes, socks and button down shirts. All clothing must be clean and pressed with no stains, frays or missing buttons. Hair must be worn back We will provide aprons and masks
