After a night out at the cliffs at SeaBright beach in Santa Cruz my black expandable wallet was missing from my vehicle. Foul play is not at all suspected. Perhaps it Fell from my vehicle or made it into the trash can by mistake or possibly dropped in between the two.
The location it was believed to have been lost at is East Cliff Drive right above Seabright Beach before you approach Seabright.
