Fit Fest will be a fun fill day for everyone We are very excited about these instructors that will be at our May 8th Fit Fest event. This event is to help benefit families that have been affected by Covid, We will be donating money York regional Dream Center. A program that help meet the basic needs on individuals in and around the York PA and northern MD. 2020 has been a tough year, and your health and fitness is essential to us 2021 we are coming back stronger then ever. Join us for a fun fill day with LOCAL vendors like gill's ice cream, Rail Trail Café and many more. Bounce house for the kids or maybe some adults 🤷‍♂️ And did i hear someone say Dunk Tank?!?!?!🙈🙉🙊 Hanover boxing will be demonstrating intro to boxing/kickboxing a self-defenses class that we plan to add to our schedule. Come see some of the areas best instructors host a great event that is giving back to the community.
