Make your own schedule and be your own boss. Looking for self starters and problem solvers that don't need much hand holding. Work ethic and communication is a MUST, if you don't have it, don't bother. If getting on the ground or getting a little dirty is beneath you don't bother. People who do well at this are people who are tired of the corporate world and have their own level of discipline and can work unsupervised as well as being a problem solver. (Military Veterans do extremely well) MUST be a good communicator and keep dispatch updated and follow through on what you are committing to. MUST be willing to work MUST have own tools or have the ability to get a Jump box, Lockout kit, fuel can and Hydraulic jack, 4 way or Impact Wrench. Set your own hours (and stick to them!)
