Description
Hello! Please go into this post knowing our girl has gone to the vet and had some basic physical exams done and is expected to be fine, we won’t be taking the extra step to have her 100% tested as her mother was used for breeding and she is a direct result of the healthy line her mother produced. We have had some basic genetic testing done through Embark and everything has come back saying she tested negative for any family diseases or breed relevant diseases. That being said we are looking to breed our German Shepherd in her next heat cycle somewhere August. She is 15 months old this month meaning she will be 19/20 months old when we are expecting her to be in heat next. She is a mix so she is a German Shepherd/Husky/Australian cattle dog/Border collie. Her genes go in the percentage order of shepherd, husky, collie, then cattle dog. She is extremely well mannered and has been since the day we brought her home, she potty trained within the first 2 weeks and was completely adjusted to schedule. We never had any issues with chewed up furniture or clothes or destroyed anything with her as a puppy. I am only interested in mating her with someone who wants first pick of the litter as we are not going to pay for a stud because that just doesn’t feel right to me. They must have either an Embark DNA test and Health Summary done or a vet letter before I can agree to any pet. The stud MUST be either a German Shepherd or Husky full breed as we aren’t looking to mix breeds any more than she already is. Please contact me if you think you may be the owner of the pup we could make this arrangement with!
