Rehome Needed 10 y/o Bichon

After careful thought and deliberation we are looking to re-home our sweet one eyed Bichon pup Josie. This has not been an easy decision as she is about 10 years old. Since she is a bichon she is hypoallergenic and great with children and other breeds of dogs. She makes a great “lap dog” and is very alert. We are looking to connect her with an owner that has another pup playmate for her and/or someone who is in a better position to give her more attention than we are able to. Up until about 8 months ago we had another small dog, her partner in crime who she was able to play with and keep her company while we work long hours. The other pup unfortunately bit our toddler. Since then Josie has been solo at home and a bit lonely between that and competing work priorities. She’s missing one eye due to a cataract she developed as a young pup, but her other eye is just fine. We groom her about once every 3 months and teeth cleaned about a month ago.
