Hello. I am a responsible musician seeking a place to rehearse/record. I only need a small room 8'x10' (enough for a drumkit). This could be an office, garage, basement, room etc. - Can pay monthly and/or teach lessons/record. - Can provide references. - Can provide sound-proofing. **My latest project (song links @): Maplehorse.com **I play guitar/sing/bass/drum/keyboard About me: I'm pretty mellow, 41, relocated from Seattle/Portland, enjoy rock/funk and intend on doing a more laid-back Acoustic project after finishing vocals/mastering a 3 Song EP. I play for passion and have been unable to locate a place to play since moving to Arcata last August.
