I am a property owner with multiple properties and looking to hire someone reliable and long term to maintain our properties. The person should have previous experience and references. Ideally be licensed or have run a business and have experience with permits if necessary. Text / email pictures of your work and business card for fastest response. For one property I the lawn that needs to be cut and some some debris in the yards. Ideally this needs to be disposed off site so the person should have a vehicle. Probably 3 hours of work. Will pay $20 an hour and guarantee 3 hours minimum. As I am out of town the person must be able to accept Zelle or Paypal. It is required to take a before and after photos. Payment will be send immediately upon job completion. Job details: 1. Cut the lawn and 1. Bag and dispose off site all debris on the property. 2. Take before and after photos 3. Will pay 3 hours minimum $20 per hour 4. Worker is responsible for removing garbage off site.
