Disabled person on fixed income has bad mold from leaking roof and must gut out and rebuild whole cabin in hard to get to area in the woods.
Cabin located approximately eighth of a mile back in the woods.
I provide all building materials.
You must bring all your own tools.
I'll help too.
No driveway, only a tractor or atv trail.
Must have a generator,(no electric at cabin)and
tractor or atv with a trailer to haul supplies.
I own the cabin and property. Just don't have the skills to rebuild.
Can afford to pay $10 per hour.
Should only take an experienced individual about 2 or 3 days to complete.
