Two projects.
1) A bathroom remodel that adds space to an existing bathroom by removing an existing wall and extending the bathroom into an adjacent room.
Tasks:
-install wall/ceiling framing as required
-install shower base
-tile shower with 32x32 large format tile
-modify some existing plumbing
-add new plumbing for shower
-move toilet and replumb
-electrical work as needed
-drywalling
-laying new flooring
-remove existing shower and convert to laundry
2) Drywall walls and ceiling of two rooms below bathroom after bathroom is complete.
Must have own transportation. Tools, equipment provided as necessary. We own a tile saw capable of cutting 32x32 tile. All supplies provided. At least some experience in all areas a requirement.
