Fix pool skimmer problem

Description

My pool pump is working as the bottom suction works with no issue. However, when I divert to the pump to "skimmer," there is no flow. I have replaced the Jandy diverter valves, but the problem persists. I suspect a clog in the piping from the skimmer to the pump could be the issue, but I can't say for certain. I need someone to come out to diagnose and repair the issue with my skimmer.
