Looking for Drummer/Writing partner - Semi-Established Band

This is going to be really tough but I need to find a great drummer/musician who I can collaborate and write songs with. I already kind of have a style/direction so this person will need to kind of be aligned with this. Hopefully this person, you maybe, are a full fledged musician, actively pursuing music, or have been for a long time. I have a lockout in North Hollywood with tons of good gear, eventually it would be nice to share it all. My musical project currently has an albums' worth of material, mostly already tracked. Its rock meets indie meets progressive meets radio friendly meets actually cool fun interesting music with a sound. please contact me for details i can send an MP3. I will not reply to people saying simply "im interested". This is a serious group with a lot on the table and we want to play shows now! Im currently working with a vocalist/collaborator and we are going to finish the album in June. There is a lot of potential in the music so if you want to be a hired gun and just play shows to promote the album, thats fine. We can arrange that if you are the right fit. Ideally you will be a member and help me write songs, we have to get together on that wavelength or you will just be a hired gun and you will be paid for rehearsals and shows. On a non musical note, this person has to be able to hang, be fun to talk to, can take a joke and have a good time. No drugs. Absolutely no drugs. sorry this isn't the 80s anymore and Ive lost too many friends to this. We like to have a few drinks (ok a lot of drinks on occasion). I dont have a lot on Insta cause i just started it but my this is @johnshippeysounds to get a vide of the space and what my aesthetic is. also Im 30 so within 5 years of that age is best. I know I may seem old but all this time has gotten me full connected in the industry as i've been working as a tech/engineer for my whole career while trying to launch project after project. anyway sorry if i come off rude its just hard to write this as my last collaborator and dear friend passed away suddenly 1 month ago.
