Popcorn Removal & Ceiling Fan Installation

Hello, looking for someone to remove “popcorn ceiling” from a bedroom in a very old house. Said room also has water damage on the ceiling with wood exposed. I’m also searching for someone (same person or group of people preferred) to install a ceiling fan where no ceiling fan has existed before (so, from scratch). There is a light fixture but it is not in the location where the ceiling fan would be.
