Found Black Pitbull Mix

Last night, a black male pitbull mix came into our yard around 7pm in River Ranch Circle neighborhood in Martindale, Tx and hasn't left since. He has on a dirty collar and had a small rope tied to it. It looks like he chewed the rope or it just broke. He has a patch of white on his chest and is missing a few spots of fur on his back. He is very friendly with people but needs to be neutered.
