Amazing Insulated Dog House

This large (4' x 2' interior dimentions) dog house with a 4' x 6' roof is great for the Summer because the roof is on a hinge and can lift for air circulation without letting in water. It's unbelievable in the winter because the walls, ceiling, and floor all have seemless 2' rigid foam insulation. No heating besides dog body warmth needed in the deepest of winters. The house is very strong but surprisingly light because most of the bulk is the foam. The floor is not attached to make cleaning easy (just lift the dog house off the floor), but it's easy to secure the box to the floor if desired. Not pictured here is a new plastic flap dog door that fits exactly and I will give to the buyer. Really could fit any size dog, small or large. Maybe about 125lb upper limit. I built it just a couple months ago, but my pet died unfortunately so I am now looking to sell it. Believe it or not, there is about $300 of materials here. I'd like to get $200 for it.
