We found an older Chihuahua wandering on West Tefft St in Nipomo Friday evening just after 8pm. We saw traffic swerving ahead of us to miss the poor little thing. Several people stopped traffic while we scooped up the dog. I purposefully did not identify the gender of the dog to help keep scammers at bay.
