You are not the right fit if you.... ...see money as an entitlement and work as optional. ...are counting down to quittin' time since starting time. The following is required: 1. Your own basic power tools - impact driver, saws, etc. 2. Reliable transportation 3. High skilled in at least two of the following 6 trades: drywall and mudding, carpentry, plumbing, painting, demo, maintenance 4. Able to commit to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. 5. Must live within 30 mins of Detroit. Most of our work is in Detroit, Westland. 6. Highly prefer somebody with a full time job during the weekday working in construction. 7.
