general laborer and/or handyman needed

I'm looking for someone who is clean cut and be presentable for working in retail stores. I only do commercial work. Absolutely must have a license and your own vehicle so you could meet me at our job sites. Basic hand and power tools a plus. I need someone that can do mostly simple repairs in commercial stores. Basic floor repairs such as VCT tiles and carpet tiles. We also do a lot of drywall repairs and painting. Also must be able to figure out problems and solutions on how to repair something that needs repairing. Sometimes we work very early mornings so we can be done before the store opens and sometimes we have to work overnight after the stores close. Most of our work is simple and easy though.
