Assistant Manager for large cleaning company (Eugene) compensation: DOE employment type: part-time We are a locally owned cleaning company here in Eugene and we are expanding!! We are looking for one person to come on board as a Assistant manager! Traits we are looking for: High energy Physically fit Positive attitude Ability to oversee projects and people Exceptional customer service Able to work in a team or alone VERY organized and timely Attention to detail Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Cleaning to a high standard Training new employees Going back through other cleaners jobs to make sure it is done correctly Meeting with clients Some office work Organizing crews and supplies Hours and days vary with June-September being incredibly busy. If you will not be around during the summer or not willing to work long days during that time, please do not apply! Must have valid drivers license with reliable transportation as well as a clean background and able to pass a drug test
