Friday night at Lucky Baldwins in Old Town Pasadena. This was around 9pm ish. You were the blonde lady sitting outside and from what I could see, were on a date with a guy. From what I saw, he was more glued to his phone than wanting to talk to you. You had an amazing smile. I wanted to come over and say hello, but didn't want to cause any friction.
