Disabled w/o Support Due to Pandemic

Hello. I'm hoping someone who reads this may have some ideas, as I've run out of resources to try. I'm disabled and mostly bedbound. Since the pandemic hit, I've been doing my best to get by without any support system. However, now that the weather is warming up, I desperately need to get a plexiglass or wood panel cut for my window, so I can set up my air conditioner. Last year was absolutely brutal without air conditioning! I have a health condition which becomes much worse when I get even the least bit too warm, and the warmer temps are already affecting me. All of the local volunteer organizations I've reached out to are closed and not returning calls. Might you know of an organization that helps low-income and disabled community members with stuff like this, which is still operating during the pandemic? Thank you for taking the time to read this!
