Looking for someone that can renovate a very old 600 ft mobile home in Long Beach. We're looking to tear out fake panel walls, insulate and replace with sheetrock; tear out and replace kitchen cabinets, replace siding & skirt; tear out tub & sink and replace; frame side about 6 foot addition to a previous addition to add a 2nd bathroom with tub, shower & sink. Vinyl plank flooring in living room/kitchen and hall. We are looking for someone who is reasonable to come out and give us a quote. We'd like to start work ASAP. We really are looking for a reasonable, but fair offer.
