~~~~ Pay: $17 & up DOE plus Tips (average $2.50/hour) plus commission. (Pay increases available after Quarterly performance reviews (up to 4 times per year). NOTE: We accept applications every day we are open (just not Tuesdays) ~~~ Supervision of Lube Techs., Lube Maintenance, Service Advisor, Customer Service, and Car Wash Support are all aspects of this position. Supervisor works along side an Asst. Manager and a Manager. Our Quick Lube Center has a team of ~8 working within a Car Wash crew of over 50 in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have: - Excellent Communication skills with a variety of guests - Leadership experience - Good knowledge of automotive maintenance (does NOT need to be a certified mechanic) - Excellent Customer Service Skills (polite, professional, articulate, friendly) - Professional appearance and demeanor - Strong character, positive attitude, and committed to teamwork and mutual respect. - Able to perform physical tasks involving moderately demanding work including: Standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, turning, pushing, lifting and using stairs. Available for 5 shifts per week during 8-5pm weekdays and weekends. --- We also have Car Wash and Lube Tech. positions open. --- so specify "Lube Tech. Supervisor" on your application. Come in to complete an application between 8am and 5pm.
