There was no intention to ever build a wall from coast to coast, it's always been for specific areas along the border, Florida and Louisiana don't need it. The border wall is not meant to be 100% protection its was always meant and is one big part of a series of obstacles. You Democrats did everything possible to slow or stop the wall construction then bitch why it wasn't finished. That's why Trump diverted building funds for military bases in the US to get more wall built. Dozens of countries many of them our allies have border walls, this is not a Trump invention and your post is terribly disingenuous. Under wall tunneling is slow and expensive as well as risky, no tunnel is like a 4 lane freeway where thousands can cross in a day and once discovered as they inevitably are closed and destroyed. Even the idea of tunneling as a way to effectively get a lot of people across our border is idiotic. If that weren't the case the cartels with their billions of dollars would have hundreds of tunnels taking people across unnoticed. Illegals are paying thousands just to be brought to the border if they travel through some tiny tunnel its included you dope! By the end of Trump's years illegal migration was extremely low, deals were made with Central Mexican countries to stop the massive flow it's Biden who while running for President urged a "surge" at our borders and on 1-20-2021 it began, the illegals were even wearing Biden T-Shirts let us in! Biden created a catastrophe of disease, rape and death, that's what Democrats do. Trump has about 600 business, 5 went bankrupt that's less than a 1% failure rate, anybody with so many businesses would take that in an instant. Lastly he doesn't have any loans from Russia or China, it's been proven and your allegation a complete lie. Time for you sheeple Democrats to get a life. Trump diverted 11 billion dollars from our military budget to fund his border wall. During his 4 year term he completed less than 300 miles of wall. Our southern border is nearly 2000 miles long. Given a second term Trump would have never been able to finish the wall. If Trump had succeeded in building the wall the cost at the rate that it was getting built to complete is would have been $73,326,000,000.00. In reality the cost would have been dramatically more due to cost increases and inflation. At the pace he was going, given a second term Trump would have completed 600 miles of wall. Less than 1/3 of our southern border. This wall was an idiotic notion from the start. Any decent economist or businessperson could have told you that. In fact, business people and economists across the country DID tell us that. When you consider the fact that immigrants tunnel under the wall and climb over the wall with relative ease, the wall was barely even a deterrent. The wall barely even slowed immigrants down. Couple that with the fact that drug cartels build, own and operate the tunnels that get across the border, Trumps border wall made the cartels richer. Immigrants pay thousands of dollars each to use the tunnels. Trump literally funded the drug cartels. Now the failed wall rusts away into the desert as a symbol of all that Trump stood for and all of his failures as president. With logic like Donald Trumps, it is no wonder why he has filed for bankruptcy 5 times and does not have the funds to pay his taxes or loans to Russian oligarchs or Chinese banks.
