They can be faked. They can be faked so real that everyone, even the 'Voter Police', will be fooled. Who gets such access to fake I.D.s?..... Criminals and undocumented foreigners with money coming in from Russia and other countries.....only to disappear after that fraudulent vote was cast. The system we have seemed to work just fine until the republicans lost as the polls predicted they would. Go figure.
