Need help to get a construction permit for an addition

I'm looking to get a construction permit for a small addition ( 450 sq feet ) in Prince George County, I already start the process a year ago, I sent the paper work, plans, drawings. But the process is in hold because drawings need to be adjust and re submit with changes, it's the third time I sent and submit the paper work with out a good result.
