CARPENTRY FOREMAN Immediate Start on project with 1-month duration. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of residential and commercial construction and remodeling practices as well as a comprehensive understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality and cost control measures and safety requirements associated with residential and commercial building. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Ability to organize, sequence and perform assigned tasks within schedule • Effectively communicate and understand both verbal and written instructions • Building Layout & Elevations • Manage/Supervise small or larger crews on the project • Responsible for time and productivity entry • Read drawings, utilize appropriate math skills and perform layout • Installation of doors; drill and set door hardware • Install Division 10 items • Install Casework and millwork • Framing with metal studs • Hang/Finish drywall • Install acoustical ceiling Qualifications: • Valid Driver's License • Minimum of five years’ experience in all phases of residential & commercial construction • Candidates must have transportation & Good communication skills • Be willing to work within a 50 mile radius of Columbus • Be able to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions We maintain a drug free work place with pre-employment, random substance abuse testing and criminal background check.
