My organization owns some Florida real estate which runs behind several houses. It is a long narrow strip of land. Some of our neighbors have expressed an interest in buying the part of our land which abuts their respective house(s). We are seeking a surveyor, or anyone else qualified to do this gig, to write legal descriptions and do sketches so we can effect our parcel splits.
Naturally we need to effect the parcel splits in order to transfer ownership of each respective portion of our property.
The property is not located in the geographical area in which we are posting this gig, however I am hopeful that since there may be no field work required, that a surveyor or other qualified person may be able to do basically a 'pencil survey(s)' so that we can effect our parcel splits.
