Description

Seeking a part time (1-3 days a week) property maintenance individual. Hours/days would be flexible. Primary responsibilities would include mowing/landscaping, small home repairs, assisting on larger projects, unit turnover readiness, and more. The ideal candidate would need to have a vehicle preferably a truck or van with the ability to haul tools and landscaping equipment between properties. The individual should also be able to work independently and communicate professionally with tenants and management both in person and through phone/text. Properties are located in York, Cumberland and Dauphin Counties.
