Description
Technicians spray customers' property according to the Mosquito Joe policies and procedures. They are knowledgeable of all Mosquito Joe services and policies and fully communicate to the customer's expectations, procedures, and tips applicable to the service being provided. Character Traits and Skills Applicants undergo the licensing process during their training. Valid driver’s license Self-confident Professional Friendly Good customer service skills Detail Oriented Reliable Duties Visually inspects and treats for mosquitoes and ticks at customer location Maintain good customer relations Take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting any problems Maintain high customer service standards Maintain chemical records according to State requirements Participate in team meetings Complete licensing requirements and continuation education requirements Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends Willingness to market business Thoroughly explains to the customer the expectations for service and procedures Able to walk customer property while caring equipment weighing about 50lbs for long periods of time in warm temperatures Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hr additional for work experience, 3 month bonus*( details at interview) Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends/rotation Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations Hours per week: 30-39 Fulltime and part-time needed: Full-time/ seasonal with the opportunity to become salary/full-time and Part-time needed A job for which military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education, great for college students returning home May/June/July Company's website: www.delaware.mosquitojoe.com Work Remotely: No COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required: Provided
