I am a General Contractor. I built a 8'x12' addition. Wall height is 7'-5" 4 walls total. 13# Sheets of 1/2" 4x8 Boards. Real simple and ready to hang. There's one window and a doorway that leads to the house. These jambs will need to be drywalled. Pays in cash on completion. All material and Screws are there.
