needed carpenter with own truck and tools, self starter, non smoking, wear a mask when working inside a clients house, non cussing, good hygiene, personable, good communication skills a must it avoids problems able to follow detailed directions, ability to read engineering plans, get along with homeowners, able to do the following tasks: install temporary fencing, plastic dust control to bottom of floor joists, able to pick up materials bring back to job location for installation, install silt fencing, install plywood protection for walk ways, install orange fencing for protection of landscaping,layout saw cuts for concrete cutting, build and or fabricate temporary doors for crew access during project, able to measure size and depth of window well for ordering to be co ordinated with office install window wells & grates, install treated 2x material around opening, install vinyl and clad windows, caulk and foam windows, install exterior trim on windows, able to grout helpful, build temporary walls, seal off crawlspace access from home into crawlspace during construction for security as well as dust containment, be able to install headers and framing if needed, able to cut and install wood stairs, install I beams and posts when needed, at end of job go out and remove all the prep materials walk job and address home owner concerns if this sounds like something your interested in send me an email with your experience and how we can help each other this is a part time gig might have 30 hrs one week 10 the next also I get calls for small jobs all the time and I would love to be able to refer these clients to some one that is capable and wont make me look bad thank you for reading !
