This is a NIGHT position located in New Braunfels, TX Part Time NIGHT SHIFT Position: Hours will vary between 7pm-4am Pay is $15-18 per hr depending on experience You will be responsible for maintaining MULTIPLE PROPERTIES so reliable transportation is important. This will be both commercial office spaces, club houses as well as Pool/Park areas. Requirements are as follows: Prior cleaning experience preferred Must have reliable transportation and valid DL and SS card Must pay close attention to detail Must be a self starter/motivator and be willing to work alone Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Responsible and Trustworthy Must be able to handle criticism well Must be able to communicate in English Job Duties Include: -Vacuum -Mop -Sweep -Detailed cleaning/stocking of restrooms -Cleaning of common areas such as hallways, break rooms, offices, ect. -Detailed wiping and dusting -Disposing of Trash -Spotless cleaning of glass and mirrors -Cleaning of carpet for fresh spills/stains -Keeping outside entrance and parking lot clear of debris -Other tasks as needed/requested
