Calling all pet lovers!! Must be reliable, punctual and like dogs (big dogs) and cats. Duties will include caring for our four legged guests and maintaining kennel areas at Bed & Biscuit Kennels in Westfield. Bed and Biscuit also houses rescue dogs for Indy Great Pyrenees Rescue. Position requires continual cleaning; vacuuming, mopping floors and kennels, wiping down walls and doors. Cleaning of pet waste from kennels and play areas, checking for soiled bedding, operating power washer outdoors, washing dishes, doing laundry, keeping track of guest's belongings and food, emptying trash, cleaning cat boxes, supervising outside play time for guests. Walking dogs on leashes for potty time or exercise as needed. Applicants must be literate and able to follow a check list for each shift and complete duties as assigned. Computer skills desired. Must be able to lift and move 40 Lbs. Flexibility in scheduling appreciated since hours assigned will vary based on number of guests each day. Applicant must be neat in appearance, have reliable transportation and be available for work shifts starting at 6:45 AM to 11 AM or 4 to 6:15 PM, including weekends and holidays.
