We are looking for a self driven organized Shop manager that can handle running a crew of 6 mechanics to maximize shop turnover and managing work flow properly. Dealership Fleet Accounts will need to be handled properly along with attaining and growing direct shop business. Must have prior sales experience to upsell on oil changes. All advertising in place. Pay based on knowledge and experience. Salary plus commission on profits. Previous shop management experience is a must. All tools and scanners available.
