I have 3 lawns that need their first mowing of the year along with some annual upkeep. $150 for all three. Lawn 1 - mow and edge, cut down any brush behind the house, discard the brush. $40 Lawn 2 - mow and edge, cut down brush beside the house, discard the brush. $40 Lawn 3 - mow and edge, prune tree that's hanging over sidewalk, trim 1 bush in center of yard, spray a patch of Japanese knotweed with roundup, discard tree brush and bush clippings. $70 I suggest you have a sawzall with pruning blade and a small ladder for pruning the tree branches high enough to clear sidewalk traffic. I have a fourth location where brush can be discarded for your convenience.
