Looking for weekend help on a horse ranch outside of Madras. Would like to find someone who lives in Madras, Culver, or Redmond and has reliable transportation. The ranch is too far to drive from Bend, Tumalo, or Sisters. The right person would be willing to take direction but also stay motivated when working alone. Duties are random and based on need that weekend. Duties could include things like: • Feed & water horses, scrub water tanks, general care of horses • Fix & or build fence (mostly barbed wire) • Chop & stack firewood • General handyman items – familiarity with basic tools needed • Paint barns, shops, etc. • Move pipe panels • Limbing trees • General demo, load garbage or scrap metal • Unload & Stack Hay • Run Weedeater People with horse experience encouraged to apply but not required. Weekend Shifts are 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, 30 minutes paid lunch break. $120 Cash Paid Daily ($15 p/h)
