Young Cockatiel for re-homing

We have a young Cockatiel (less than a year old) up for rehoming. He/She is tame, loves to hang out with people and extremely social. Follows you all around & always curious. Loves to perch on your shoulders and have a gossip with you. We initially got him for company for our other Cockatiel but they don't really keep each other company and we are unable to do justice to pay attention to both the birds. I'm going to be picky on where this young Cockatiel goes to. Want to make sure you can care for him/her.
