CAT RAN OVER 5th & Mifflin St

On 5th street, @ 1913 5th Street on Saturday morning 4/17 @ 9 30 am, a smallish multicolored cat was crouched under a parked car. A man & his son got into the car & were pulling out of the parking spot & ran over the cat's hind quarters, I witnessed the cat's leg caught under the tire & the cat trying to pull it out, I shouted at the driver in horror to stop, they didn't speak a word of English but he momentarily stopped the car in its spot pulling back & I saw the cat in a blur trying for across the street. I didn't see the cat, he was going toward 1904 5th street side, I was too shocked. If anyone finds a cat w/hind right leg or back injuries, or in the yard, hurt, please let me know.
