You have strong work ethics and perseverance. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? A Cleaning Team Member will perform various activities including cleaning bathrooms, bathroom fixtures, showers and tubs, floors, and kitchens, by vacuuming, dusting, polishing and other cleaning-related activities in accordance with specific instructions given by the Team Lead. You will be responsible for carefully moving furniture and knick-knacks as needed. A Cleaning Team Member will make sure homes are secure before leaving, including locking doors and windows, and activating alarms. You will learn the specific cleaning techniques of the company based on time and motion efficiency. (Speed Cleaning System). You will be expected to arrive at work at a prescribed time each day, and adhere to our attendance policy. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE? Ability to read work orders for instructions on how to care for homes & fulfill work orders. Ability to adapt quickly to our Speed Cleaning Systems. Must work well as a team member. Able to identify key details (does it look, feel, smell clean? - if not all three, it needs to be cleaned) Ability to meet deadlines with precision. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO GET? Earn $400-$600 per week* (after 2 weeks training at minimum wage.) *You determine how much you want to make.
