Bluegrass Banjo Player Needed

We are a five piece bluegrass band that needs to replace our current banjo player. We need someone who is dependable, and plays three finger (Scruggs) style. We play jam style, taking turns leading songs, including songs with vocals. Our music is spontaneous and informal, with lots of humor thrown in, living up to our motto, "Keepin' It Fun". We limit ourselves to about two gigs a month, playing in the Boulder County area at Brew Pubs, Farmers Markets, and Community Events. Thus, compensation is fairly minimal, plus tips....and sometimes beer.
