New to area, looking to start/join a band

I'm a guitar player first and foremost, have been playing for 20+ years. New to the area, moving to attend WCU. Looking for some people to have some fun with and hopefully make some good music as well and maybe do some gigging. I also sing, play the piano, bass and mess around with some other instruments as well. My specialty is rhythm guitar but I can also play lead if need be. I am open to all types of music, just not open to only 1 specific genre. Variety keeps me interested. Here is a list of some songs I already know. If you dig these songs maybe we can get something going? I am open to covers/originals or both as I have a decent amount of songs I've written under my belt.
